HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Orders under $35 will incur a $10 shipping fee. Orders over $35 ship FREE.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT HAS SHIPPED?

We try to pack and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to edit your order or prevent a package from shipping. Reach out to us at support@herbalteastrings.com with a specific request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All orders are processed within 3 business days and should arrive within 5-10 business days after being shipped. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE TO SHIP?

Most orders will ship via USPS. Occasionally, an order may ship via FedEx.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

If the product arrived damaged, please contact us at support@globalherbalsupplements.com and attach images as needed. Our team is happy to make things right via a replacement product or refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, you will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

IS THERE A RETURN FEE?

We charge you no return fee for any product that arrives damaged, however, if you are requesting a general return (i.e. you changed your mind and no longer want the product) an $8 restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
